On the 2nd of February of 2023 year awarding to the celebration of Aryan great holiday – Sada there was held a scientific-cultural event under the title of “Sada is the Festival of the Famous Kings (Sada jashni muluki nomdor ast)”
The Rector of the University, Professor Gulnazarzoda Zhilo congratulated and greeted the audience on the occasion of the ancestral holiday of Tajiks - Sada, and also mentioned it, that during the Independence period with the initiatives and support of the Founder of Peace and National Unity - the Leader of the Nation, the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Emomali Rahmon the Sada holiday has been revived among our other national holidays - Nawruz, Mehrgon and Tirgon, and it is celebrated annually in all regions of the country at a high level.
Then, the teachers of the department of History and Intercultural Relations - Hoshimjon Aslonov, Muhabbatsho Qobilov and the teacher of the department of Philosophy and Political Science - Muhammadsalim Azizmuradov gave comprehensive scientific reports about the history of the Sada holiday and its revival in Tajik, Russian and English languages.
It is worth noting that the decoration of the corner of national holidays and achievements, display of varieties of crop seeds and samples of flowers and seedlings by faculties, presentation of patriotic songs, recitation of poems, the display of national costumes, Tajik dances and greetings in the taught languages were considered the main elements of the program of the celebration of the University.
The celebration of the ancient building of Sada at the International University of Foreign Languages of Tajikistan named after Sotim Ulughzoda was celebrated with splendor and in accordance with national traditions, and the participants highly appreciated the process of its implementation.
